OCEA Unbridled Learning is a free education series offering education on safety, horsemanship and opportunity in the equine world. As a student organization, the OCEA strives to help develop well rounded, educated riders who support the equestrian community. We are excited for the opportunity to share the expertise of equestrian professionals with our riders and supporters!
