Meet the Teams

Georgian Equestrian

The Georgian Equestrian OCEA Team is proudly the first college team to join the OCEA. We have now grown to be the Georgian Equestrian OCEA Team, based out of the Barrie area, with riders from all over Simcoe County and beyond. We are a competitive team with lessons at Kuruka Equestrian, with our talented coach Angela Vandenhurk.

Trent University

The Trent Equestrian Team, founded in 2004, is a derivative of the club. Proudly associated with Kildare Stables and Kevin Sweeney.

Laurentian University

Based out of Foothills Farm with Cathy Inch, located in Sudbury, Laurentian is excited to grow a strong team member base for the upcoming season on the North Zone.

York EQ

The YET is made for the students by the students! The main goal of the team is to bring all equestrian enthusiasts together through the love of the sport. Now based out of Kingsway Equestrian with Amanda Schickedanz.
